With a background of over 28 years in the B2B logistics sector, Rosie is a commercial specialist and was a member of the executive leadership team in a Private Equity backed business delivering a transformation and turnaround to achieve sales growth, improved profitability and a successful trade sale exit including Competition & Mergers Authority process.
Rosie has a deep understanding of customers, sales, negotiation, CRM systems, commercial process, & marketing strategy, in dynamic service-oriented environments and brings resilience to create lasting solutions to meet business challenges. Her expertise lies in continuous improvement, streamlining ways of working, whilst mitigating process risk.
Over the last 10 years, Rosie has led & developed multi-disciplinary national teams & organisation wide commercial transformation & change programmes; leveraging strategy, customer operations & technology to transform the customer experience, deliver sales, improve profit, & enhance margin. Rosie and her team were proud to have won multiple industry, national and European awards for contact centre success, customer experience improvement & ESG strategy.
